phobic merchant to a ones and zeros web developer. As a merchant you naturally have access
to a searchable question and answer database, live support from our dedicated support personnel
and online support guides.
Announcements are regularly posted to your account and by logging into your home page you will
be notified of upcoming service improvements and planned maintenance. Additional alerts are
available in our dedicated Service Status pages.
Lines are open 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday but should you have any queries out of hours,
you can post a support ticket and a member of the support team will contact you during office hours.
