Our UPG online card processing service requires you to use one of our eCOM packages. The eCOM package represents the annual fee (schedule 2) within our pricing, and provides you with a private login area to view, track and manage your card payments, as well as numerous other features. They are available in 3 levels – Basic, Standard and Premium.
The costs are as follows :-

Once you have completed our UPG online card processing application form, you will need to open one of our eCOM accounts in order to connect your web site to our secure payment servers. The eCOM account is available on a free trial basis for a 14 day period, and this can be extended should you need more time for testing, or if the bank are slow in issuing your merchant number.

This starter package includes secure form hosting, data capture and reporting. Includes customisable email notifications and response pages, field validation, duplicate transaction prevention amongst other features. eCOM Premium
As per Basic and Standard, but with greater level of reporting.- Enhanced order tracking feature that provides customer with login area to view status updates.
